She is devoted to her work through the Horry County Adult Education Center and her initiatives in the Finklea/Green Sea area especially the work to support the Finklea Community Center. If you want to know more about Etta, just ask anyone around Horry County. They will all attest to the fact that Etta is a godsend to her community and it shows in her work and passion for change.
